After Hours Receptionist
Your customers message at 11pm. Now somebody answers.
A WhatsApp receptionist for salons, clinics, cafés and farm shops. It books against live Google Calendar slots, takes orders, answers from the owner's own PDFs, spreadsheets, photos and voice notes — and hands the chat to a person the moment one is needed. Owners watch and step in from a Flutter console on web, iOS and Android.

Parents upload one photo; an image model draws their child as a cartoon in one of 10 art styles and 15 themes — dinosaurs, mermaids, pirates — and a live designer turns it into name labels, buttons and sticker sheets that are printed and posted. In English and Traditional Chinese.

A daily almanac, shake-to-draw Guanyin fortune sticks and a 2026 Year of the Horse forecast, all read by an AI master grounded in the user's Four Pillars birth chart — computed by real calendar code, not by the model. A virtual pony to feed, dress up and talk to, by text or voice, keeps people coming back. For Traditional-Chinese speakers in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

The Community Christmas Tree
Hang a decoration, leave a message — watch the tree grow, live on YouTube.
One shared three.js tree. Anyone can hang a decoration with their name and a Christmas message; every message is moderated before it appears, and the tree grows taller as approvals roll in. Play mode flies the camera from message to message, and a 1080p broadcast view streams it to YouTube Live. Schools, teams and families can buy a private group tree of their own.

Every product starts as a written brief. Little Guy runs on 22 epics and 35 story documents; the Christmas Tree started as a 38 KB product spec.

Small, frequent changes — 441 commits across four repositories since September 2025 — with infrastructure defined in code using AWS CDK and Terraform.

Prove
Nothing merges on vibes: 871 tests on the Receptionist, a 90% coverage gate on Lucky Spirit's backend, and an end-to-end Stripe purchase rehearsal on the Christmas Tree.

Ship
GitHub Actions deploys to AWS — Lambda, CloudFront, CDK, Lightsail — and Google Cloud Run. The Christmas Tree went from spec on 30 September to live on 7 October.
